Quality cleaning specialists
We work in supervised, teams of four, with each person concentrating on a different function: Vacuuming Dusting Kitchen Bathrooms We use a unique 22 step Healthy Touch® deep cleaning system. We supply equipment and supplies. We guarantee our work and will reclean if notified within 24 hours that something was not cleaned. We provide a written copy of our policies, cleaning procedures and fees to every new client. Team members are in uniform and arrive in company cars. All employees are bonded and insured. We pay all payroll taxes. We perform employee background checks. There is ongoing employee training. There is no eating, drinking, smoking, or watching TV in client’s homes
Quality office management
The Maids have customer service managers to answer your questions between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. (Yes, live people, and not answering machines!) In addition to the detailed sales calls, our office staff makes feedback calls after every clean to verify the quality of the work done by our teams. Also, we make confirmation calls two days in advance to remind you that a team is coming to clean. Our sales staff is sharp, attentive and impressive as they handle the steady stream of inquiries, all the scheduling and the computer database management.
