Mission: Encounter

Terrain: Not a lot. was fairly open which favored the Russian Tanks.

Deployment: Platoons were everywhere since they came in randomly. My Artillery was placed to cover the entire board.

Plans: Their was no plan... Not really..... Starting to be a theme with me!!!!! I planned to hold the objective with the infantry with the 17 pdrs and 25 pdrs in support.

What happened: The 17 pdrs got picked off one at a time as did the 25 pdrs (which could not hit the broad side of an any thing). But the three template size smoke screen was pretty cool. But the Poles made them pay for each inch they took ending in only a 4-3 win for the Russians.

Lesson learned: Never rely on one platoon to save the day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
