Chef Ed's is a full service seasonal restaurant featuring vibrant flavors of the Caribbean and Latin America. Specializing in Seafood and Vegetarian Entrees, our philosophy is simplicity. We use the finest and freshest ingredients available and develop fabulous flavors naturally. We are an environmentally responsible establishment with a total recycling program. We compost all kitchen vegetable matter into our 1000 sq. ft. organic vegetable and herb garden.
